Colter Bay Village is not taking reservations yet, but will put you on a guarantee list if you call now. They will take a deposit on a credit card and let you know as soon as your reservation is confirmed (likely in November). Please call and make your reservations by January, as this is when the cabins tend to become booked up.
**The following information is from the 2007 summer season, so expect prices to rise a bit.**
Tucked along the shores of Jackson Lake, the Colter Bay Village is just that, a whole village. Accommodations range from cabins to an RV park. Cabins do not have televisions, radios or telephones. There are two restaurants, launderette and showers, a grocery store, gift and apparel shops, corrals, service station and a full service marina.
Colter Bay Log Cabins - 166 cozy cabins offer a variety of sizes and floor plans, some sleeping up to six people. Some of these cabins even belonged to the original settlers! Most cabins have a complete bath with shower. Open May 25 (Fri) - September 30
(Sun, 11 am).
**There are many floorplans, some of which have SHARED baths, so be sure to be specific with what you need or want.**
Colter Bay Tent Cabins - Constructed of canvas roofs and log walls, this is real deluxe camping complete with an outdoor grill, woodburning stove, two double-decker bunks and a picnic table. Sleeping bags, cots, blankets, etc. may be rented. Restrooms are available. Open June 1 (Fri) - September 3 (Mon, 11 am).
**Please note you MUST provide your own bedding or pay to rent from the facilty. These cabins have a light, but no electical outlets.**
Colter Bay RV Park - 112 trailer spaces, each with sewer, electrical and water connections and a picnic table, are available with most being pull-through and shaded. A maximum stay of 14 days per RV is allowed in the Colter Bay RV Park. Open May 25 (Fri) - September 30 (Sun, 11 am).
Colter Bay Campground - Opens May 25 (Fri) - September 30 (Sun).
